Potato wart disease workshop

In June 2019, the Dutch NPPO, Wageningen University and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) organized a workshop on Synchytrium endobioticum, the causal agent of potato wart disease in Wageningen, the Netherlands.

Over 60 experts working on all aspects of Synchytrium endobioticum and the interaction with its host potato attended the current potato wart disease workshop. The workshop brought together phytopathologists, breeders and policy makers from all over the world to discuss potato wart.
