Advice of BuRO on the risks in the poultry meat supply chain

Within the poultry meat supply chain, food safety and animal welfare risks can emerge at multiple locations between farm and consumer. Knowledge about these risks is necessary for effective and efficient supervision in order to minimize or prevent these risks. The Office for Risk Assessment & Research presents its research findings in the first risk assessment of the poultry meat supply chain.
